Yoga with Kiki

Yoga with Kiki has been the most amazing and enjoyable experience. I like her classes so much I’ve started doing both sessions every week. As someone who was always intimidated by yoga classes, I feel like I have finally found a warm, friendly and informative class in the beautiful boat house of St Denys. Kiki’s teaching style makes it feel easy to follow and she takes care to look after the wellbeing of her participants. I was a complete beginner a mere few months ago but Yoga with Kiki has given me confidence and skills I never thought I would have. Not only does my body thank me for it but the main benefit I find is a calm and relaxed mind after every session without a doubt. I highly recommend this class without reservation.

As a yoga newbie, I was concerned I would not be able to adapt to yoga. However Kiki teaching style is very easy to follow and after doing one physical class , we moved to online due to COVID. The twice weekly classes have been really helpful and it's been like being part of a community thanks to Kiki brining us all together.

Kiki is a wonderful gentle and thoughtful yoga teacher. I really enjoy her classes and she takes great care in ensuring all her students look after themselves and listen to their bodies in all the poses. I would highly recommend her classes.

I really enjoyed my lessons with Kiki last summer . She helped me progress in my yoga postions , rectifying small mistakes that i was making.She was kind and patient with me as I am 65 years old . If you are looking for an excellent yoga teacher i would recommend her to you. Im already booking my lessons for this year.
